Heavylift is a kind of special cargo, 
because it is always overweight and oversize. It is often divided into three level: under 600MT, 600-1000MT, over 1000MT. Except for the specialty of its own size and weight, there are difficulties in the transport , and loading and unloading. To avoid unnecessary damages in the transport and to keep the cost and risks minimum for the client, Victory can provide special transport solutions for every shipment. Following the criterion of the loading and unloading for heavylifts, and to provide the door-to-door ,”one station” service for the clients, we equipped with heavy gear vessels and cranes. Heavylift vessels are equipped with thick deck and special stability system. Till now, Victory successful operated heavylifts include energy equipments, locomotive, carriage, bridge crane, yacht, etc. All these cargoes are delivered to the clients safely and efficiently.
With years of experience and its professional staffs, Victory established close relationship with global traders and suppliers. With the good cooperation with roro carriers in Japan, Korea and Europe, on behalf the charter, Victory obtained years of experience in handling heavylifts and oversize cargoes.

3、Customs Brokerage

·We have professional and experienced staffs to operate declaration and examination of bills
·Low inspection probability: our inspection probability rate in Shanghai ports is less than 1% while the rate of whole Shanghai is above 5%
·We can promise you to finish the on-the-spot import declaration in two workdays as long as your docs are well prepared.
·The inspection probability of import customs declaration is below 2%
·Special services: bill amendment. As long as you provided us the data we needed, we would do the changing of inner manifest for you in a week.
